Zeela von Kern is a lovely 3 year old German Shepherd mix who is shy when she first meets you.  She is a smart and attentive girl who will look to you for direction and knows her basic commands.  If  you point to her bed, she will go lie on it, but she much prefers to share your bed.  Her favorite bonding activity is for you to brush her. -- she considers it the doggie equivalent of a good massage. She formerly lived on 20 acres and was taught to chase rabbits, so no small doggie companions for her and definitely no cats.  She needs a little work on the leash and could benefit from a free, one-hour group class with our professional trainer.
