Chief von Casekow is a gorgeous 3-4 year old German Shepherd.  Chief is particular about his humans and is looking for that special shepherd-experienced owner who gives him time to get comfortable. We can only imagine what happened in his past, but that doesn’t mean he can’t gain a fresh look at life.  Once he trusts you, this boy is true blue, he will sit and give his paw for treats and even roll over for belly rubs. He has a crush on the Westside groomer and loves for her to give him a bath. She feels safe walking anywhere with him when they take a little walk after his bath! We suspect he will be protective when strangers come around, so a home without a lot of visitors would be best.  Chief is likely housebroken. He loves playing with his toys. He comes out of the kennel ready to go and walks okay on a leash.  Our trainer is focusing him to walk by your side and ignore distractions from other dogs or people. He  prefers calm dogs over pushy ones, and he's a no for cats. We know Chief has the potential to be a loyal companion.
