Yohann is a classically gorgeous 18 month old German Shepherd.   He is a large boy at 90 pounds and has a straighter back like you see in a well bred German dog.   He is sweet and loving and willingly gives you his belly for a rub when you walk by.  He doesn’t bark when people come into the house, welcoming everyone with a curious sniff.  Yohann knows his “spot” on his bed and waits patiently at his food bowl until he’s told he can eat.  He stops and sits before crossing the street.  He loves his toys and is a high energy player.  Yohann’s training is going well and he is a very willing student. He is generally good on a leash, and will pull occasionally, especially at the sight of a kitty or squirrel.  He is good with dogs his own size, but will try to ‘herd’ smaller dogs.  His family is heartbroken to have to give up this magnificent shepherd.  Their jobs are taking them out of the country and they cannot take him.  He is used to having someone around all the time so his ideal new home would be where someone is either home all the time or most of the time.
