Travis von Tannenbaum is a beautiful, 3-4 year-old German Shepherd who didn’t have the easiest start in life but knows the best is yet to come.   Sometimes he plays hard-to-get, probably because he is working to build his trust in people again.  This mid-energy guy exits his kennel with caution but does well on leash, even heeling next to you while walking in a pack of dogs.  His classic features make him one handsome dude with whom our female shepherds flirt, but Travis is currently reserved and prefers to watch from the sidelines when he is in playgroups.  In a social setting, it is best that people wait for Travis to approach them in his own time frame versus approaching him.  His ideal, forever home will be with a patient, experienced GS owner who has no small children and no cats or other dogs.  Come to our rescue soon to hear the rest of Travis’ story.
