Sevook von Sarstedt is a beautiful, larger sized 3 year old Shepherd mix. Sevook is the new sensation at Westside! Once you meet him, you won’t forget him. He is definitely a gentle giant type soul-dog in the making. Although he is over 100 pounds, walking him is a dream with a loose leash all the way. He is good with little dogs and big dogs, but he has a special place in his heart for children. Sevook came from a very loving home, so it has been harder on him to lose his family, than dogs coming from less fortunate situations. Sadly, because of health issues in the family, they had no choice other than giving him up. He is housebroken, obedience trained and has good house manners. He loved having dogs from other family members over for a visit; they especially loved to play in the wading pool together. Today, a family came looking for a dog. Sevook's heart lept and his tail was wagging at seeing the children. He made sure to walk slowly so the tiny kids were able to keep up during their walk. Unfortunately, he was a little bigger than the family was looking for. It was hard to pull Sevook back into the kennel, he so wanted to be with the children.
