Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Rita von Hollenhaus is an 18 month old tan/brown/red German Shepherd. She is an absolute joy to have around and is just a silly, happy young girl. Rita absolutely LOVES to play with other dogs so we hope to place her in a home with another dog to goof around with. She spent hours playing with Henry at the adoption event, only to take a break to say hello to all who came to meet her. Rita also loves rawhide bones which she decided to enjoy in the OPEN trunk of the Westside car, as you can see on the pictures. She is a small size for a shepherd and she is just one of the most loving dogs we have. She gets along with other dogs, is good in the car, although she likes being close to you and touch you while you're driving, even if it's just a paw or chin on your shoulder. All in all, Rita is a wonderful friend to have around and will quickly bond to a new owner and will make you laugh, especially while watching her play with another dog, tumbling around, PLAY biting and being the happy carefree dog she so deserves to be.
