Regina von Brentwood is a classic looking 8 year old German Shepherd. When one of the attendants brought us back in a locked room at the shelter to show us Regina, she was so disappointed when she realized that the dog she liked so much was older. She expected that we wouldn’t be interested in saving her life then. Regina cheerfully came up to the staff person and sat in front of her and extended her paw. It was as if to say it is okay, I know you tried .Little did they both know that it wasn’t a hard choice for us at all, Regina is a special dog who deserves to live out the rest of her life loving a family and being adored .Regina appreciates everything, after she got a good grooming, she was so in love with the young guy who groomed her she didn’t want to leave him. Regina is a pleasure to take on a walk, she goes slowly and enjoys every minute, she is good with other dogs and her first introduction with a cat went well. Hopefully, there is a kind family who can open their hearts to Regina, she will repay you a thousand times over.
