Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Peter von Konigsburg is a two year old long haired German Shepherd. He is just adorable and looks like a big teddy bear. He is a good natured dog and gets along well with his buddies at the kennel where he is boarded. He is friendly with people he meets and has a good solid temperament. He is always ready to romp but he can settle down quickly too. He walks well on a leash and doesn’t pull. He sat for his pictures even without being offered a treat. Peter was lost and ended up in a shelter. We are always on the look out for coated shepherds because they are always so sought after. We got him when he became available. The long haired shepherds do need regular grooming but they shed less than the standard coat. They are prized for their temperament and they are also known to have more of a sense of humor. Peter is truly wonderful!
