Maxwell is a big, gorgeous 4-year-old purebred German Shepherd. Maxwell has had some obedience training and knows all the basic commands. He is housebroken and has very good house manners. Maxwell sees himself as your guardian, so he will be on the look out to make sure you are safe. Maxwell needs an experienced shepherd owner who understands that a shepherd needs to feel responsible to you and not for you. Maxwell wants to do everything right, but he got a little too carried away protecting his former mom. He was just trying to show his gratitude for having such a wonderful new home by being so protective. Maxwell is such a wonderful dog, some family will feel so loved to have Maxwell join their family.
