Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Max von Sturm is a handsome 18 month old German Shepherd. Max is friendly and seems to meet new people well. Max however, has a protective nature and 5 minutes after you have gotten to know him, he is already very alert to anything or anybody who might be a risk to you. Max has had some formal training and is very protective of your yard. We think he might have been trained to protect, especially with his big leather collar with spikes he looks the part. Max is used to riding in cars. He knew the minute he heard the sound of the automatic locks open, he was ready to jump in the car and settle down. He loved the double cheeseburgers we bought him to celebrate walking out of the shelter. He ate the cheeseburgers very politely, he is a very good boy.
