Lexi von Bakersfield is a beautiful 2.5 year old classic German Shepherd. We're helping Lexi find a new home because her owners no longer had time for her. She is housebroken and is relearning her social skills to get along with all other dogs. She loves people and is a friendly, affectionate dog. She is on the alpha side, so she will need to go to a one dog household or have a more submissive male for a room mate. She would do best with an owner who has some experience with large dogs, especially shepherds, someone who will let Lexi know who the leader is. She responds well to correction and is a quick learner. She likes to chase small critters so no kitties or small dogs please. Lexi is in great shape and was well cared for, and is ready for her forever family.
