Jake von Langley is a magnificent looking 2 year old German Shepherd. Jake is clearly from show lines and naturally positions himself in a show stance .Jake was lost and ended up in a shelter in a rough area. The day before he became available to adopt a Pit bull attacked him in the shelter. One of the volunteers picked him up the day after with his ear stitched and bandaged and brought him to the vet where he was to be boarded. A family had been looking at other dogs, but hadn’t found the right dog yet. The minute Jake walked through the door, the daughter said , “Dad, that’s the right one, right there”. After that it just took a big nose under the arm pits and a paw and their hearts were won over. Jake had an unlucky experience but he was paid back by a very lucky break. He went home that afternoon and is living a wonderful new life.
