Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Ysa von Brentwood has had a really horrible ordeal. She was hit by a car and dragged on the asphalt. One leg was beyond saving so much was lost. When Isa arrived at a well known Orthopedic vet in WL.A. he was horrified. She was left untreated at the shelter as she developed a raging infection. By the time she was released to us her health was so compromised that she had to be treated for a few days before she could endure such an invasive surgery to remove her leg. Ysa has had her surgery and is starting to feel better. Yesterday she was enjoying her soft bed and loving her treats someone had brought her. We are trying to raise money to pay for Ysa’s surgery which saved her life.. We are also looking for someone kind who can see her worth beyond having 4 legs. She is still the 12 month old lovely girl she was, with the same loving heart who will devote herself to her new family.
