Ike is so handsome, he is dream boat handsome! Ike is very well-bred and looks like he stepped out of a book on breed standards for German Shepherds. He is just 15 months old and since he is basically still a pup, he likes to walk as close to your leg as possible. He measures his stride with yours. He loved baby talk and lots of kisses from the volunteers. Ike seems to be fine with dogs of all sizes; he was very well behaved when a big Rottie lunged for him, but he didn't want anything to do with her! We think Ike would do better placed in a home with other friendly dogs, or with someone who works from the house. The big handsome guy gets lonely.
