Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Heather von Lancaster is the cutest 4 month old puppy. She looks like a sable German Shepherd to us with a plush coat, some have speculated that she may have a touch of wolf because of the way she is built with her back legs longer than the front legs, whatever Heather is she is just enchanting. She almost doesn’t look real, she looks like a stuffed animal. She is going to be a large girl, she has large paws and thick legs, she doesn’t even have any adult teeth, so she isn’t more than 4 months old. She was found lost in an area with many breeders. When she was brought to the shelter, she was limping. We took her to our favorite orthopedic vet Dr. Olds for x-rays at Brentwood Pet Clinic. She has a hair line crack but is going to heal fine on her own. Heather visited the cats in the cat room, but was more interested in a cat toy than the cats. Heather is just incredible and will make such a wonderful family addition.
