Greta von Cheviot
Adopted

Greta von Cheviot an exquisite 4 month old Belgian Tervuren. We initially thought she was a long haired German Shepherd but we have compared the differences carefully with the Belgian Tervuren. Greta has a more narrow face and will be smaller than a German Shepherd, she is more agile also. She is extremely smart like both breeds and the most spectacular dog. We often hear people tell us that their dogs are like their children. Greta needs one of these families; she is so responsive and so attentive. She seems more like a child than a puppy. Greta loves to sit next to you and loves to sit half on your lap and look into your face. She can be trusted off leash(in a safe area) and comes immediately when called, she stays right by your feet looking up at you for any direction you might want to give her. She is very good with other dogs but not especially interested in animals but people. She knows how to sit and will get up on her hind legs to beg. She loves cheese and will do anything for cheese. Greta is super well behaved for a puppy; she doesn’t do any of the typical bad puppy stuff. She chews nothing, she doesn’t chew your fingers or toes or even shoes. Greta is also very quiet. She just got back from a trip to visit her foster grandmother. When she was told it was okay to say “hello” she went over and softly jumped up on the wheel chair and sweetly gave a kiss and then went back to sit next to her foster mom. Everyone thought she had been taught to do this; she is just naturally a very special girl.

We are asking a donation of $500 for Greta, she is spayed, micro-chipped and has had all her shots.
