Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Franz is a beautiful 12 month old red sable male. Franz was very frightened at the shelter and didn’t want to come out of his run. But once he got out into the play area he came alive. All the people that walked by remarked at what a handsome dog he was and he greeted them all big and small with kisses. Now that Franz feels safe he loves to go for walks and does pretty well on the leash. He is learning basic commands and works well for treats which he takes gently. He seems ok with other dogs we think he wants to play but doesn’t know how. Franz is a sweet boy and is still very puppyish so he will need an active home.
