Firster is the last Puppy of April waiting for a home.

Another SOS called from a shelter, a litter of puppies had been dumped at the shelter. The pups hadn’t been weaned yet and the shelter wanted them “out” so we knew what that meant. Our volunteer asked if they were German Shepherd puppies, the person on the line said she assumed so otherwise they wouldn’t have had her call us. Guess what, the little muchkins all lined up in a laundry basket all 7 of them, didn’t look slightly like German Shepherds. They are adorable, fat and healthy and we have them. We were told they were actually from two litters, different mom’s but same father. Some look more like Labradors, others look like they could be Aussie Shepherd/Border Collies.
