Chevy is a handsome 11-month-old German Shepherd. He is gentle and sweet. He seems to be good with large and small dogs and with children. He is definitely a dog from a breeder, but his owners didn't deserve this lovely
boy. They didn't even bother to treat him with any flea medication and his skin reacted badly to the flea bites. Chevy's owners said they had no time for him and dumped him in a shelter. The gentle dog was so over-whelmed that
he just curled up in a ball at the back of a kennel in the noisy shelter. It broke one of our volunteers heart to see the beautiful boy looking so lost and forlorn. The staff at a nearby veterinary hospital, made sure that Chevy
had the medical treatment he needed and wouldn't let our volunteer pay them. Special thanks to Sherry and Jennifer for their caring and helping us with this sweet boy.
Chevy touches everyone's heart. In a month or two Chevy will look like a magnificent dog, no one will guess then all he has gone through.
