Charlie is everything a German Shepherd should be. He is so handsome he takes your breath away! Perfect Charlie almost didn't make it out of the Lancaster Shelter. Only because of the dedication of a volunteer who spent hours transporting gorgeous Charlie and another wonderful dog who was injured did these deserving dog makes it to safety. Charlie is well socialized and loves to hear how handsome he is. He rolls in the grass and slides his big beautiful head into your lap. He is a big-boned guy with the straighter back of the German import. His fur is thick and gorgeous and he looks like he had good care until very recently. Charlie couldn't wait to get a bath to put the experience of a crowded shelter behind him. He was found in an area where there are many breeders. Our guess is that 2-year-old Charlie was used for breeding. He is now neutered and micro-chipped and ready for a better life. Charlie is great in the car and is ready for his next trip to his new home.
