Carmen von Kittinger is a remarkably well-mannered, beautiful 14-month-old German Shepherd.  Carmen has everything you would ever want in a German Shepherd and in a friend.  She is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes and is also “kid tested, mother approved” since she loves being around children.  During a recent trip to the vet’s office, the doctor there said Carmen was absolutely the nicest shepherd he has ever met, which made her foster mom very proud.  She has been excelling in her obedience training and is very eager to please.  She is 100% housebroken, loves to swim and chase little birdies who try to momentarily take a rest in the yard.  Because of her prey drive, a cat free home is probably best.  Carmen really enjoys spending all of her time with you, even if that means you’re mostly inside, even on the most beautiful of days.  She would really enjoy finding a home with someone who either works from the house or who doesn’t have to work because she’s the kind of shepherd who just lives to be your shadow.  You couldn’t ask for a better friend than that.  If she sounds like the dog for you, please let us know and we’ll make sure you meet her so you can discover this gorgeous gem of a girl!
