Roger is a very handsome boy with classic good looks. He is 1 year and 7 months old, life has been good to him so far with one misfortune. We can tell by looking at Roger that someone has loved him, fed him well, socialized him well with people and other dogs. He is well-mannered and very responsive to any attention. Roger got out of his home with no tags or micro-chip, he was wandering down a street, he had no clue what he was doing. A car came up behind him and Roger was hit and left. Fortunately, a good Samaritan picked up the hurt Roger and called rescue. Fortunately, for us Roger was in Pasadena. The humane society made sure that Roger's fractured leg was splinted and he wasn't released to us until he was healed. We are very grateful, that they took such good care of our Roger. He even knows the name they gave him, which also shows that besides good medical care, someone talked to the handsome boy. Roger will be ready for anything in a couple of weeks, right now he can only take slow walks.
