Fritz von Steiner is incredible. The 18-month-old German Shepherd is the black and red which is popular in the western part of Germany. Fritz has the presence and gait of a show dog. He has had perfect care and looks like he has just come from some large estate, which is possible. He was found and picked up by animal control. When his owners didn't come we were there to rescue Fritz. He is a super well bred dog, we don't care where you go and what you spend, you can't get better than Fritz. We have heard of people paying $8,000 to $12,000 for a dog like Fritz. Besides being so gorgeous, he is a sweet boy, he is fine with dogs he is introduced to, he is very people friendly. He only seems to know the command to 'sit', but he does walk well on the leash. We are going to have a trainer start to work with him. Fritz is neutered, micro-chipped and has had all his shots. We are asking a donation of $750 to pay for his costs and to help some of the other less fortunate German Shepherds.
